Soma Flow: Align & Reset is a somatic wellness experience designed to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, release stored stress, and restore emotional balance through gentle movement, breath awareness, and guided grounding practices.

Hosted by Points of Origin Counseling Support & Education Center, Soma Flow integrates principles of somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and embodied reflection to support emotional well-being and personal alignment.

What is Soma Flow?

Soma Flow is a guided somatic wellness session that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance. 

These sessions are designed to help participants:

  • Release accumulated stress and tension
  • Improve body awareness and emotional insight
  • Strengthen nervous system regulation
  • Restore a sense of internal calm and balance
  • Reconnect with themselves through embodied movement
