Feeling overwhelmed  or having a hard time keeping up? Want well behaved children, a happy family, children who listen to you,  follow directions and are nice to each other?

We are releasing and connecting together

We come together to gently release grief from loss, old versions of self, and trauma, holding space with warmth, compassion, and care as the body softens, connection deepens, and renewal begins.

Learn the language of your central nervous system

Our Soma Flow Session gently welcomes you into learning the language of your central nervous system, supporting safety, ease, emotional attunement, and soft release through nurturing, guided somatic movement and grounded presence.

Join us in Suite G!

No need to be embarrassed or feel ashamed.  You will be met free of judgement as you enter our suite, a soft, grounding space designed for rest, release, presence and connection. Here, you are invited to slow down, listen to your body, and gently release what you’ve been carrying. Through guided Soma Flow sessions, compassionate presence, and intentional community, we support the release of grief, trauma, and old versions of self, making room for safety, renewal, and embodied ease. You don’t have to do this alone. You are warmly welcomed, just as you are.

"I don't want people to know."

You’ll be lovingly supported throughout your time with us. Mats are provided, warm tea is shared, and the space is prepared with care. You’re welcome to bring your intentions, your journal, or simply yourself, empty, open, and exactly as you are. Come to be held, to listen inward, and to receive whatever unfolds naturally in your body and spirit.

Welcome to Soma Flow

“Somatic work helps us return to the body as a place of safety, where what was held can soften, what was fragmented can reconnect, and healing unfolds through felt experience rather than force.”
